Originally from the UK, Karl discusses how he found himself in Denmark, the experiences of his first year and how music helped him to feel at home in his adopted country. He chose The National’s “Trouble Will Find Me” album from 2013 as a jumping off point to discuss the ups and downs of his transition into expat life in Denmark. In the interview Karl briefly mentions his current studies and internship at Sleeknote, which “helps small e-commerce shops and big online retails engage website visitors—without hurting the user experience” and he wanted to share this Sleeknote scholarship with all of you. Thank you for spreading the word about this wonderful opportunity.
