Today is another two podcast split conversation, this time with Kavein, a blind man who I chatted with for this Geopats Podcasting episode but, like what happened with the Big & While women, we went off into a lovely language conversation as well. That conversation was published last week on Geopats Language. During this podcast part of the chat we cover things like accessibility as a blind podcast listener, his podcast listening habits, listening groups, apps, Big History and his favorite podcasts. It was an intense pleasure to chat with Kavein about his lifelong learning and how podcasts feed into this passion for him. It does for me too and I am guessing for it does for you as well.
This is our first episode interviewing podcast listeners and I’d love to do more. If you are an avid podcast listener and want to chat about podcasts, do contact me. Subscribe to my weekly creative productivity newsletter: archive.aweber.com/awlist5931082/88gkB

About 6 months into podcasting many Podcasters hit a wall.
What am I doing? Why am I doing this? And other large, podcastery questions start haunting them. The inevitable episode of doubt happens and then there is either podfade or a shift in content. This is exactly the type of episode that I heard Dakota do on his Language Learning Lounge podcast. Because Dakota and I already knew each other, I decided that instead of just listening I would reach out and try to help. Or at least, ask a lot of questions to find out why this keeps happening to lovely Podcasters like him. This is the conversation that we had. |
